Head Coach – Brendon Kurihara

I swam on Oaktree for 12 years starting from when I was 6 until I aged out in 2020! I’m currently attending Azusa Pacific University where I’m studying to become a nurse. I love to play water polo, watch movies, play intramural sports, and hang out with friends in my free time.

I’ve been swimming on Oaktree since I was 4 years old. I’m currently going to Leland and will be going to college at LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. Some of my hobbies are playing guitar and sports.

I’ve been swimming on Oaktree for 12 years. I’m graduating from Pioneer High School this June and will be Attending UC Davis in the fall :). Growing up on this swim team, becoming a junior coach in 2019, and now stepping into a head coaching role has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m so excited to give back to the team this season by showing the kids everything I love about Oaktree, not just about swimming, but the community, positivity, and fun that comes with being a Shark!

I’ve been swimming for Oaktree since I was 9 years old. I am graduating from Pioneer High School this year and I will be attending University of California, Irvine in the fall! I love playing water polo, reading, listening to music, hanging out with friends and of course swimming!
